Shipping & Orders FAQ

Where do you ship?  
At the moment, we ship within the United States only. We’re not offering international shipping yet — but we hope to in the future!

How long does processing take?  
Processing typically takes about 3-5 days after your order is placed. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready to ship.

What happens if an item is on backorder?  
If something you ordered is on backorder, don’t worry — we’ll fulfill it as soon as possible (usually within 1–2 weeks). Sometimes, backordered items can also be picked up at in-person events when available. We’ll keep you updated along the way!

How much does shipping cost?  
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the method you select at checkout. You’ll always see the full cost before confirming your order.

What if my package is lost or damaged?  
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact us right away at [notebeans.co@gmail.com](mailto:notebeans.co@gmail.com). We may request photos or documentation to help us file a claim and resolve it quickly.

What if I entered the wrong address?  
Please double-check your shipping information before checking out. We can’t be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
