Have a question?
Here are some of the most common questions we get from our community!

How did Madeline begin?

I initially started this brand to try to generate donation funds for the California Wildfire project hosted by Global Giving in 2020.

Today, my brand is based on the dreamy adventures of three characters sells stationery products, plushies, and offers art commission services for those aiming to bring their creative visions to life.

What does Notebeans mean?
The name "Notebeans" roots from my dream to create a stationery cafe, hence note(books) and coffee (beans).

As a barista for 2 years in specialty coffee shops + social media marketing within the hospitality sector for 2 years, I hope to still bring this dream to life one day.

When can I expect my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once it’s on its way!

Where are the donations listed on my info card going towards?
Every month, we donate 10-20% of net profits towards Global Giving's charity projects.

What does my piece mean?
Every design tells a story inspired by everyday moments, emotions, or themes in the artist’s life. You can find each piece’s background and meaning at the Notebeans Stationery Art Gallery.
